Fees & Policies

Transparent pricing. Supportive policies. Real results.

All therapeutic modalities at Intra begin with the following fee structure:

Initial Assessment: 70 minutes · $240

In-Person Therapy: 70 minutes · $240 (3x per month)

Virtual Therapy: 50 minutes · $180 (weekly) or 70 minutes · $240 (3x per month)

  • Due of the nature of this work, consistency is essential for establishing trust and safety in our therapeutic relationship. For those interested in KAP or somatic EMDR, we will ease into preparation once a steady foundation is in place.

The Fee Formula

$180 per 50-minute session (weekly)

Weekly 50 minute sessions are most effective for those meeting with me virtually via teletherapy. This approach is particularly helpful for those who:

  1. Do not need a lot of time to open up in session due to their basic trust in the therapeutic process and my professional expertise.

  2. Prefer to sandwich talk therapy in between their own grounding practice to focus their attention in session (yoga, meditation, walk outside, etc.)

  3. Are in a stable enough place to commit to weekly sessions and do not require immediate crisis support.

  4. Have previously tried biweekly or intermittent therapy but didn’t achieve lasting results due to inconsistency.

$240 per 70-minute session (3x/month)

70 minute sessions are ideal for those who are seeking more intensive support and/or meeting with me in-person. This approach is particularly helpful for those who:

  1. Have been frustrated with the typical 45-55 minute session structure in the past due to feeling rushed or unresolved.

  2. Need consistent, carved-out breaks from therapy to keep engagement and progress sustainable.

  3. Love to utilize a therapy model that encourages them to integrate embodiment practices (such as yoga or bodywork) every 4th week “off” from talk therapy.

  4. Want spaciousness to ease into deep-rooted psychological and emotional challenges.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To protect the depth and continuity of our work together, I require 72 hours notice for all cancellation and reschedule requests. The late fee is the full fee of the session. This is necessary because a time commitment has been made, and your session time is held exclusively for you. In order to provide you with the highest quality care possible, I cannot take on additional clients to make up for times when you are not able to attend. I make no exceptions. This policy is clearly stated in my intake paperwork and must be agreed to before our first therapy session.

Logistics & Practicalities

Insurance

I am not currently in-network with any insurance panels. Check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network benefits. I can provide monthly proof of payment and services for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Response Time

I am typically able to respond to messages within 24-48 hours during standard business hours, Monday - Friday. I am not able to offer the services of a crisis center. If you are in crisis and in need of urgent care, or additional support, please call 988.

Sick Policy

If you are sick, or have an unforeseen circumstance, my cancellation policy stands. If you are unable to provide 72 hrs notice but do not wish to miss your session, you may request a phone session at your regularly scheduled time. No notice is required to switch to phone.

Limited Cancellation Policy

For weekly (50-minute) or 3x/month (70-minute) depth therapy clients, I allow up to 2 cancellations per 12-month period (from when you start therapy) without needing to reschedule. Once you have cancelled 2 appointments within 12 months, you will be charged for any additional appointments you are not able to reschedule. This policy exists to support the integrity of the work. Consistent attendance is essential because depth therapy loses effectiveness when it’s irregular.

Therapy is a serious commitment, and when approached consistently, it can be profoundly life-changing. I encourage you to reflect honestly on whether this level of commitment feels workable for you before reaching out. I adhere closely to my policies, and it’s important to me that we’re aligned from the beginning.

You are your most precious investment

Looking into the depths of your soul is not indulgent. It is fierce, courageous, and rare. Most people turn away from the hard truths shaping their lives. They fold, shrug, and say, “this is just how it is.” But not you. You are here, ready to play the hand you have been given with power and purpose.

If you feel uneasy about prioritizing your own needs, know that you are not alone. Despite what you may have been taught to believe, investing in yourself is not selfish. It is a generous gift that gives back to your wisest self and creates ripples of positive impact that extend beyond you.

Pause and reflect on the value of depth work. What is the worth of:

→ Learning how to feel and hold overwhelming emotions?

→ Transforming the intergenerational patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you?

And then ask yourself: What is the cost of putting it off? Symptoms related to unresolved grief and trauma do not dissolve with time. Left unaddressed, they erode your health, your relationships, and your peace of mind. You already know this. It’s why you’re here.

So what is it going to be? The life you long for is already waiting—
